For the 20ft nightclub, approximately 25×20 ft of flat open space. For the 33ft nightclub (VIP Mansion & Total Experience), plan for 40×25 ft. We set up on grass, concrete, driveways, parking lots and event venues.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. Balance is due the day of your event. We accept Apple Pay, Zelle (318-510-9234) and Square Link. Once the deposit is received, your date is locked in!

Yes! We carry full general liability insurance. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available upon request for parks, schools, HOAs and other venues that require documentation.

Our nightclubs are made from waterproof, weather-resistant, fire-retardant commercial-grade materials. Light rain is no problem since the structure is fully enclosed. For severe weather we'll work with you to reschedule at no extra charge.

Yes! With enough ceiling clearance (12ft+ for 20ft unit, 13ft+ for 33ft unit) we can set up in gyms, warehouses, event halls and large rooms. The blower must remain running to keep the structure inflated.

We serve the DMV Area (DC, Maryland, Virginia), St. Mary's County and Calvert County, MD. Out-of-area bookings may be available with a travel fee — contact Adrian directly for a custom quote.

Everything. We arrive 2 hours before your event to fully set up the nightclub, all lighting, sound, dance floor, tarp, poles, ropes, tables and décor. After the event we return to break it all down and clean up. You don't lift a finger.
